- In the event that the content of the Terms differs from the description of the Service outside of the Terms, the Terms shall take precedence.
Article 2 About the use of this application
- The Users shall download and install this application on the user’s own smartphone or other mobile device at the user’s own risk. Please note that there is no guarantee that this application will be compatible with all mobile devices.
- The Users only have the right to use the App within the scope specified by the App, but does not acquire any ownership, intellectual property rights, or other rights.
- The copyright and other rights of this application belong to Lakelab.net. Except as otherwise expressly provided, these Terms do not permit the User to transfer the copyright or any other rights of the App.
Article 3 Prohibited matters
In using the Service, users shall not engage in any of the following acts, or any act that Lakelab.net deems to be applicable.
If the User violates any provision of the Terms, Lakelab.net may terminate the User’s use of this service based on the Terms at any time. In such case, Lakelab.net shall have no liability to the user.
- Actions that violate the law or are related to criminal activities
- Fraudulent or threatening behavior against Lakelab.net, other users of the Service, or other third parties
- Acts against public order and morals
- Actions that infringe intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, honor, or other rights or interests of Lakelab.net, other users of the Service, or other third parties
- Disassembling, decompiling, reverse engineering, modifying, or otherwise analyzing the source code, structure, ideas, etc. of this application.
- Acts that may interfere with the operation of this service
- Unauthorized access to the network or system of this service
- Acts of impersonating a third party
- Acts of using the ID or password of another user of this service
- Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to Lakelab.net, other users of the Service, or other third parties.
- Acts of duplicating, transmitting, transferring, lending, translating, adapting, modifying, or combining this application with other software.
- Any action that destroys the security code embedded in this application
- Acts of sub-licensing, assigning, or transferring the right to use the App to a third party
- Provision of benefits to antisocial forces, etc.
- Attempting any of the above acts
- Acts that encourage a third party to perform the above acts
- Any other acts that Lakelab.net deems inappropriate.
Article 4 Suspension of the Service
Lakelab.net may suspend or discontinue providing all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User in any of the following cases. In such case, Lakelab.net shall have no liability to the user.
- In case of urgent inspection or maintenance work of the system related to this service
- When the operation of this service becomes impossible due to computer or communication line failure, erroneous operation, excessive concentration of access, unauthorized access, hacking, etc.
- When the operation of this service becomes impossible due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, wind and flood damage, power failure, natural disaster, etc.
- When Lakelab.net deems it necessary to stop or interrupt the service
Article 5 Changes or termination of this service
- Lakelab.net may change the contents of this service or terminate the provision of this service at its own discretion.
- In the event that Lakelab.net terminates provision of the Service, Lakelab.net shall provide prior notice on the Lakelab.net Web site.
Article 6 Disclaimer
- Lakelab.net is not responsible for any damages caused by the use of this service.
- Lakelab.net is not responsible for any damages caused by users to third parties through the use of this service.
- Lakelab.net is not responsible for any damages caused by unavailability of this service.
- Lakelab.net does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, applicability, usefulness, availability, safety, certainty, etc. of the information, content, software, etc. provided by Lakelab.net.
- Lakelab.net is not responsible for any information or advice given to User.
- Lakelab.net assumes no obligation to repair bugs or other problems with the Application or to improve or enhance the Application.
- If Lakelab.net is liable for damages related to the use of this service, the liability shall be limited to the usage amount received from the user in the month in which the damage occurred.
Article 7 User Responsibility
- When using this service, the user shall prepare necessary mobile terminals, communication equipment, communication means, etc. at the user’s expense and responsibility.
- The user shall bear the communication charges incurred in using this service.
- If it becomes necessary to change the device settings, etc. in using this service, the User shall do so at his/her own responsibility and expense.
Article 8 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- The governing law of the Terms and services shall be the law of Japan.
- The Shizuoka District Court shall be the exclusive jurisdictional court of first instance for disputes regarding the Terms or the Service.
